EDIT: to clarify there is over 700mil in bounty on corps yet some display only 700mil total inside the bounty office window. Show info on the corp displays the real amount as per usual
if you're looking at the corporation list in the bounty office you'll only see the corporation bounty. in the info window you will see the total amount of corporation bounty and alliance bounty. if you hover over the bounty amount you'll see the breakdown.
if you're doing show info on a character it'll be the combined amount of character, corporation and alliance bounty

it's just so the top lists make sense we can't have corps with huge alliance bounties in that list etc

Could it have been removed when someone killed him (and claimed that bounty?), even though I hadn't made it available? Oh Great Punkturis! Please give me back my vengeance! (edit: Just looked again and his bounty is back? Or a new one?)
your kill right can not be used up by you just popping up the menu
I have no idea why this has happened to you, but it's best you file a petition and the GMs will help you!

if people lost their kill rights they should file petitions and get the GMs to handle it

the window opens but the fitting is empty and the final blow info isn't there, its basically an empty window.
I already fixed the issue with kill reports internally, the fix will patched sooooon! soooorry!
